Being one of the Three Arms of government, the National Assembly is responsible for primarily enacting the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.  There are many other constitutional duties performed by this body which include amendment to the constitution, analyzing and approving of appropriation bills, screening of prospective public officers submitted by the President, and many more.  You are welcome to discover all these and many other things about the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
